Healthy Calculator Hub is a free collection of health and fitness calculators built to give you fast, accurate, easy-to-understand answers — without the clutter.

What we do

We build simple, reliable tools for the everyday health questions people search for: How many calories do I burn? What are my macros? Is my weight in a healthy range? What's my running pace? Each calculator is designed to load quickly, work on any device, and show both a clear result and a plain-language explanation of what it means.

How we build our calculators

Every tool uses an established, published formula rather than a number we invented. Our calorie and TDEE tool uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation; body fat uses the U.S. Navy circumference method; one-rep max averages the Epley and Brzycki formulas; and BMI and ideal-weight ranges follow WHO and CDC classifications. Where a health claim appears, we point to reputable sources such as the CDC, NHS, and NIH.

We check each formula against its original source and reputable references before it goes live, and we revisit tools as guidance evolves. If you spot something that looks off, we genuinely want to hear about it — let us know.
